This app is intended for users aged 18 and older (21 and older in jurisdictions where the age of majority is 21). Subscription Models

Our app provides various subscription options: Monthly Subscription, Half-Yearly Subscription, and Yearly Subscription. You can manage or cancel your subscriptions at any time through your account settings.

Payment Processing

Existence does not store any payment details on our databases. All in-app purchases, including subscriptions, are processed through secure and trusted in-app purchase systems such as Apple Subscriptions and Google Subscriptions.

12. Account Deletion and Data Removal

To delete your account in Groove, please follow these steps: Open the Groove application on your device. Locate and tap the three dots icon in the top right corner of the screen. Select Settings from the dropdown menu. Scroll down to find and tap on Delete Account. Tap the Delete Account button. Confirm your decision to delete your account.

Data Removal and Retention

Upon confirming your account deletion, your account will be immediately and permanently deleted. All stored information related to your profile will be permanently removed from our systems. There is no retention period - all data is deleted immediately. This action is irreversible.
